This digital gift card can be redeemed for online purchases on our webstore ONLY. It cannot be redeemed at the till when personally shopping at our Brick and Mortar location.
- Choose the denomination you would like from those shown. Tax is not added.
- Gift card is delivered by email to the purchaser and instructions are included on how to redeem at checkout. The purchaser will need to forward this email and instructions on to the intended recipient. Please note: Email is not sent immediately! It is sent when we manually accept and process the order. Please give up to 72 hours for processing.
- There is no physical card issued. Please retain email for reference.
- No expiry and no additional fees.
- Balances can be carried forward, allowing them to be used more than once.
- Multiple gift cards can be used towards a purchase.
- Considered as a form of payment, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes any applicable shipping and tax charges.
- Can be used on products that are on sale or have a discount code.
- Refunds on orders will be made to the gift card.
- Gift card sale is final. There are no refunds on gift cards once the order is processed.
- Not redeemable for cash.
- Cannot be used for recurring subscriptions - only for the first subscription payment.
- Cannot be "reloaded".
- Cannot be converted to an In-Store Physical Gift Card.
- Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- Discount or promotional codes not specific to gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards - even though they show on the checkout screen. If you mistakenly use a code for payment of a gift card, we will contact you for additional funds.
